Excellent. Next time my string snaps, I will surely refer to this email for fixing the string. I really like the product. Many thaks to Mr. Raj narayan for giving this freedom for veena artists, we don't need to worry about melams (redoing the wax, or doing small fixes to it, which is many times more difficult than sliding the fret) any more at all.
